Fourth Beddgelert Griffin Rally Time for Beddgelert again this will be the clubs forth meet there.Any one wishing to go can now book,this is a book your self meet as cost depends on, 1 member of camping and caravan club, 2 over 55, type of pitch you require. Main weekend Sounds good, Pete/Jan! Will check with the "BedfordMeister". As usual poor Noel is asleep-2nd 2.30am start this week. He missed his 55th birthday 'cos he was in Scotland in his lorry on 17th December-had to cancel his meal and I drove to Aberystwyth and back that night to fetch our son, Paddy, home for Xmas instead. Let's hope there's less snow in Beddgelert on meet week? Mebbe Wayne will let Noel share a bit of his cake and party?;) Will probably be the 19th, if we come-will let you know asap.

Hi Tina and Dee some will be there from the 13Feb the reason for this years dates are to celebrate Wayne's birthday, so sorry cannot rearrange dates should be a good meet eight vans booked so far |

I'm wanting in on this... is it still open to bookings??? I'm not 55 (41), there'd just be me, and a panel van with a tent, or a make shift bed in the back of the van. The missus just said "Are you going on a Bedford meet this year because you need to get it in the diary f you are so I don't double book something else" So it would be good to know if I can still join in, and also, having never done ANYHTING like this before, can you all help a complete 'meet noob' out with advice about what to bring along and what to expect? Hi Rea Yes we will be there on time this time, but we can only be there the week before so anyone who is a week early as 11th 12th 13th we will see you there know we have brakes

My Beddy is in having a new exhaust, clutch and brake hoses, so I will be good to go for this. I'm going to hang on for a wee while longer before I book it up just to be sure its all going ahead... I don't want my first experience of meeting fellow Bedders to consist of a huge drive to the top left hand corner only to find nobody else showed. I only brought this van to be part of an enthusiast's community... if I found myself there all alone I think I'd start crying into my pot noodle. * takes deep breath, composes self, wipes away tear. ---------------------- |
