Hello from a newbie Hi.Just want to say hello. I've just put down a deposit on a Bedford CF. Picking it up next week. First time I've ever had a camper of any sort, and very excited! Looks like this messageboard is going to be very useful! Has anyone got experience of one of these? (see link below) It's apparently a Danbury conversion, with an automatic gearbox. Friends say it looks like half a yacht has been glued to the roof! Hahaha. And any other tips/advice you care to share? Yacht. Hi dapperdave,With our weather you should have gone for the bottom half of the yacht first, and I hope you don't get that sinking feeling once you've picked it up. But I will say it looks like a tidy motor in that picture, but you will find Bedfords always leak somewhere, if not the body then the engine, and if both then your wallet.
