2019 Transit Custom injector fault All Transit custom vans fitted with the 2.0l ecoblue engine built between Feb 19 and Sept 19 have been fitted with faulty injectors. According to Ford there are 19,400 vehicles in the UK fitted with the injectors, 14,500 are Transit, Transit Custom and Rangers. The injectors have a coating on the inside which can come loose and block the injector. My own works Transit suffered from the fail at around 4200 miles while tootleing along at speed in the outside lane of the M4 and due to the shortage of replacement injectors was in the dealers for 3 weeks. Ford did supply a replacement van while mine was off the road.You don't get that problem with a CF
