High mileage gearbox.
Hi to all,
After a long search for a rear main bearing and needle roller bearings and a replacement first/second gear sincro hub Dave's gearbox is finally going to travel back south, apart from the parts search it arrived in the midst of my wife's illness and premature death which meant it was not a priority in what was to became the worst year of my life.
But it was one of a number of things that have helped me through this last five months, and that maybe something you guy's might find hard to believe but the number of times I have stood at that workbench and stared into that gearbox and then just had to walk away!
So Dave sorry it took so long and I hope I breathed enough life back into your gearbox, more than the medical profession could do for Margaret.
