Suzuki times two.
Hi to all,
Another wishbone replacement job but on the other side of the motor, because they have found such a change in the steering and tyre ware after the first one was replaced.
So I have decided to drill tap and fit grease points into the casting, an old idea but one that is proven to work and increase the life of ball joints by years.

Hi to all,
The old Suzuki returns to me on Sunday to have the off-side lower wishbone and ball joint replaced, deep joy and happiness!

Suzuki Sunday.
Hi to all,
The other wishbone was a bit more difficult due to seized bolts that had to be cut off and replaced but all done in the same day this time a good five hour job.
But fitting these grease points was the answer to a long life of the bottom joints, but not a job I would want to be doing every day.

Second side done.
Hi to all,
Managed to get the off-side lower wish-bone done on the old Suzuki on Sunday afternoon, but it is back tonight for rear brake adjusting and to fit another grease point to the first wish-bone so they should last a lot longer.
