Which Model CF Hi all, I have an 82 X reg cf motorhome, I always assumed it was a cf2 but it has a 2.3 slant engine, think I've read somewhere that I might have a facelifted CF1, how do I tell which I have, and if it's a facelifted 1 what were the differences between the early and facelifted models? Thanks in advance. Wayne |

Hi Yours is definately a facelift. The CF2 didn't start production until 1984 and had the 2.0l engine and not the 2.3 slant. To see the difference between the CF, facelift and CF2 take a look HERE The brochures up to Sept 1978 are all CF, 1980 to Oct 1984 are facelift and after that are CF2 ---------------------- |

Hi Guy, I've noticed your avatar and posts you left when I searched for Avantura in the searchbox. I've just become the proud owner of a 250 Advantura and yours looks very similar to mine. What year is yours? I'm also in Dorset, Bournemouth to be precise. I've just bought my motorhome, which was supplied new from Bath and then has spend all its live in Somerset, Devon and Dorset. The last owner was in Plymouth, the one before in Weymouth. Cheers Frank

Great, we have to meet up sometime when I've got everything sorted and it's on the road properly. I'm in Ensbury Park, but keep the CF stored near Wareham. Maybe get a picture of the two together at Boscombe seafront
