CF rear suspension

The back of my CF Freeway sits low compared to the front and was wondering if this was normal/ a common ageing problem. What would be the best way to rectify the problem, if it is a problem at all! I'm also hoping to put some (slightly) larger wheels on it, is there anything that might crop up when doing that?

Looks like its sitting OK to me? Wide tyres are no problem at the rear as there is loads of room in the wheel arch, you just need to make sure the wheel offset is good. Mine sits pretty much like that and I have 265/50R15's fitted at the back with no problem.
