drive shaft issues Hi everyone!Please help me, I have a cf1 chassis built motorhome. The half-drive shaft broke on the left rear. It is not available in Hungary. I could not find such a thing on eBay. Could anyone help me? This is a different match types, such as Ford Transit ?(Mk1 Mk2 Mk3) Anyone has a used shaft ? Is for sale? Could you send it to Hungary? Hello Zoltan. I have got a half shaft you can have. I bought it to get the spacer ring and the wheel studs off it. It came off a CF1 single rear wheel 2.3 petrol The shaft itself is ok as far as I know. You would need to take the SPACER RING and bearing off your old shaft. The trouble is you have to destroy the RETAINING RING to get the bearing off. You will need a proper heavy duty bearing press to get the bearing off and to press it back onto the replacement shaft. You may have to get a RETAINING RING made up by someone with a lathe. If your bearing is no good and you have to put on a new one, they come complete with a new RETAINING RING.
