My new 1969 Bedford CF ice cream van

Hi,
New to this forum so please be gentle!!
I have just bought a 1969 beford CF, I am not mechanicaly minded in the slightest but do have good friends willing to help me restore it.
it runs, but has no MOT and needs new breaks.
I have been looking around on the net for similar vans to give me ideas but have only seen one other like it on the whole net. Do any of you have any pics of examples of my little van?
Plus any advice on where to start would be good!!Text

Some photos of your van would help.

Upload photo/s to an image hosting site (e.g. photobucket) then follow this tutorial (have audio on).

It looks more like a CA than a CF.
I'm not sure of the similarities. Whether they were more cosmetic or the differences run deeper.

Very nice though.

That's a Bedford CA long wheelbase with what looks like a Morrison Electrofreeze body but the back door is unusual - Electrofreeze on short wheelbase bodies just had a hinged flap for access to the compressor etc.

Very nice example - worth preserving.

It's definitely a CA, one of the last of the series.
