What carburetor

1984 2.3 slant engine cf250 newer model needs a new carburettor as I can't adjust the old one. What model am I looking for?

Is that the same one that is fitted to some be vans? Any idea where I could pick up a half decent one?

Carburettor that's on already should be Weber 34 ICT.

There is one on Ebay - link in Ebay adverts.

Spares can be had from Dellorto (but their complete carburettors don't have provision for a choke).

What is it that can't be adjusted on the original carburettor?
