Spark plug thread size for Colourtune fitment

I want to get hold of the correct Gunson Colourtune plug for a CF1 1.8 petrol. will it take the standard14mm setup or will I need an adaptor? hoping to pick one up after work today.

Thread is standard 14mm; difference on the slant engine is taper seat rather than flat face for spark plug gasket ring.

Thanks Phil. Do you know if the standard colour tune plug will still seal correctly, or will some form of adaptor be nessescary?

I think that the Colortune plug will seal ok in taper seats; should say so in the destructions.

You might struggle to fit & use the viewing tube thing especially if the left hand engine mounting is a bit squished but it's dark enough round the spark plug recess to maybe use just the plug without the tube thing.

Cheers. What with the dark evening, I'll most likely be able to just use a mirror in the engine bay from the cab side.
